Paul Boyd

paul boyd

Paul earned his B.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Athletic Training from the University of Connecticut, where he also played lacrosse. He is certified through NSCA, NASM, and NATA. He enjoys working with a variety of clientele, from beginners of all different age ranges and ability levels to experienced fitness enthusiasts. He specializes in strength and conditioning, weight loss, toning, and pre/post injury rehabilitative exercises. Paul’s training philosophy is: “Fitness should be incorporated into a healthy lifestyle. A program tailored to the individual will achieve the best results.
