The seminars each day will include these topics:
- I am afraid to exercise. How can I do it without it hurting? What are proper strength training exercises that everyone can do?
- If you interested in increasing your health or wellness and are pregnant, a dad or mom, an aging adult, an athlete, a child, are overweight, or are physically challenged (TBI -Traumatic Brain Injury, Diabetic -Type 1 or Type 2, Heart disease, Cancer, specific injury) our expert Exercise Specialists may be able to help you overcome some of your challenges.
- Since 1991, we have been doing just that for many from Boston to Cape Cod.
- How can I stop waking up sore? What are the best Stretching/Flexibility exercises that I can do?
- Many of us wake up in the morning feeling tired and sore from our jobs and our daily lives. Let the Satin Fitness Exercise Specialists give you some of the easiest and quickest stretching exercises to help you awaken refreshed and comfortable.
- How much time do I have to move to be healthy? Does it have to hurt?
- How hard should you walk, jog or run? How do you know what is the best continuous movement exercise for you? What should I do if I get soreness from walking? My lower back, feet and knees hurt, is there anything I can do to minimize or stop the pain?
Satin Wellness will also be patrolling the show floor having fun with attendees:
1. Spotlight on Fitness
- We will be patrolling the show floor with a spotlight and walk up to people and ask them, “where are your problem areas” and give them exercises to alleviate soreness or help strengthen a problem area.
- Each person that volunteers will receive a Satin Wellness Penlight and each will be videotaped and played on a TV at our booth
2. What is your excuse?
- What is your excuse is when Specialists will be patrolling he floor with erasable thought bubble boards adhered to their shoulders and people can write their excuses on that and a large sheet of paper at our booth.
- All responders will receive a Satin Wellness thought bubble note pad
3. We will conduct two raffles and the winners will receive either a $400.00 Garmin GPS running watch or two (2) $200.00 sLIFE Satin Wellness Health & Fitness Assessments.
